What is processing?Processing is how long it takes for your order to be prepped and packaged for shipping. This may take 24 to 48 hours.

How long does shipping take?Shipping takes 3 to 5 days once order has been processed.

Can I get a refund?Due to sanitary reasons, I do not accept refunds.

What if my items are returned to sender?If items are returned you have two options. You can either cancel your order for a refund or you can have the order reshipped to you but you are responsible for paying the shipping fee to have your package sent to you.

How will I receive my tracking number?Tracking numbers are sent via email. Please be sure you are entering the correct email address.

What happens if my shipping and billing address does not match?Your order will be canceled if the addresses do not match.
